JOE LYONS
CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR / FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SPECIALIST / NASM CERTIFIED TRAINER
Joe has been an integral part of Fitnostics since 2012, beginning his journey as a NASM-certified instructor. His lifelong passion for fitness and athleticism was evident in high school, where he excelled in football, baseball, and track, setting numerous records in the 100m, 200m, and long jump events. After high school, he pursued strength training, focusing on building muscle and increasing overall physical strength. His desire for continuous growth and a career in the fitness industry led him to Fitnostics.

Two years into his tenure at Fitnostics, Joe transitioned into sales and management training, furthering his understanding of client needs on mental, physical, and emotional levels. His ability to connect with clients on multiple dimensions sets him apart from other fitness trainers.

On March 8th, 2016, Joe became a co-owner of Fitnostics, entering a three-way partnership with two other esteemed co-owners. His mission is to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their best in health and wellness. Joe stays current with the latest training techniques, regularly attending "Perform Better" conferences, where top trainers and chiropractors share cutting-edge insights and conduct hands-on workshops.
Joe's favorite part of his day is seeing a client leave a session with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude, knowing they have improved. His high energy and positive mindset drive him to support each client in reaching their fitness goals.
MARISSA TROMBINO
NASM CERTIFIED TRAINER
Marissa, a native of Westerly, RI, has always been passionate about fitness and wellness. During her high school years, she actively participated in soccer, laying the foundation for her lifelong commitment to physical health. Following graduation, Marissa expanded her fitness repertoire by engaging in kickboxing at local gyms, strength training, and ultimately, powerlifting.

Understanding the significant benefits of fitness for both mental and physical health, Marissa sought to deepen her expertise by obtaining certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This certification equipped her with the skills to support individuals of all ages in their fitness journeys.

Marissa's primary objective is to empower each client to realize their full potential and uncover their innate strength. She is dedicated to guiding people towards improved overall well-being, greater confidence, and healthier lifestyles. Through tailored training programs and steadfast support, Marissa aims to demonstrate to every client the true extent of their capabilities.
JULIETTE PHILIPS
NASM CERTIFIED TRAINER / 200 HOUR REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER
Juliette, a native of Sleepy Hollow, NY, has dedicated her life to the world of athletics and fitness. From a young age, she demonstrated exceptional talent and commitment, excelling in soccer throughout high school and college. Her passion for sports and wellness extended beyond the playing field, inspiring her to explore the business side of the fitness industry after graduation.

Recognizing that her enthusiasm for fitness was too strong to remain just a hobby, Juliette transitioned into a full-time career as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. This shift coincided with her relocation to Mystic, where she found a community that shared her dedication to holistic health and well-being.

Juliette's mission is to empower individuals by fostering a strong mind-body connection and building their confidence through various forms of movement. She believes in the transformative power of fitness and is committed to helping her clients achieve their personal goals, enhance their physical and mental health, and lead more fulfilling lives. With her extensive experience and unwavering dedication, Juliette continues to inspire and support those on their journey to wellness.
