    Meet Molly

Born and raised in Westerly, RI, where she currently resides with her husband and their four children.

A lifelong athlete, Molly grew up constantly in motion, organizing backyard races and strength competitions with anyone willing to join in, and often climbing ropes and trees whenever she had the chance. Her passion for movement started early through gymnastics at Miss Jeane’s, little league at Trombino Field, and a love for soccer that began at “White Rock” field. She went on to compete throughout Rhode Island and Southern New England, played on Babcock Middle School’s first girls soccer team, and later excelled in track and field, qualifying for state and regional competitions in sprint and hurdle events.

Throughout her athletic career, injuries were a frequent challenge and ultimately shaped much of her health and fitness journey. After years of physical therapy and traditional treatments that failed to fully resolve ongoing issues, the discovery of chiropractic care became a turning point and sparked her interest in holistic healing and long-term wellness.

Later in life, Molly faced another major challenge as she battled debilitating Lyme disease throughout her twenties, experiencing chronic pain and severe neurological symptoms. After years of treatments that only addressed symptoms rather than the root cause, she found healing through naturopathic care, psychology, and a more holistic approach to health. Over time, she was able to regain her strength, restore her health, and return to the active lifestyle she loved.

In 2020, Molly began working with a personal trainer, an experience that inspired her to pursue her own education and certification while homeschooling her youngest son. Today, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a deep belief in the power of movement, resilience, and the body’s ability to heal and adapt.

Molly is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, move better, and build confidence through fitness. Whether the focus is functional training, overall wellness, or athletic performance, she is committed to supporting clients throughout every stage of their fitness journey.
