I can't say enough good things about Fitnostics...it's group training so it's social and fun and yet the groups are small, and the workout is tailored to the individuals involved...serious professionals who are committed to your improvement and also friendly and always happy to help...and a guaranteed killer workout, never boring, always different: Every Single Time!  I don't have to think or count or figure anything out: it's consistently a well-planned HIIT circuit-style class and I just need to show up (which I am actually always excited to do!) I have been going to Fitnostics with my husband for several years. I get a great workout, I get to connect with others who are motivated, and my husband also stays fit. Have been doing strength training for years and am very happy to get the personal training and gym equipment at Fitnostics.
